Most people have their federal housing grant rejected because most of the information online is simply wrong!
If you have been doing some research you have probably learned that “getting the application form and applying is easy” – well this is totally wrong and this is the reason why most people get rejected. Yes, it’s super easy to get an application form. All you have to do is contact HUD through their website. But if you don’t know how the federal housing grants committee works then you don’t know the criteria for creating the perfect application. So then what?

Creating the perfect applications is simple really, get help from someone that has done this before and has a few accepted federal housing grants under his belt. There are a few easy ways to find this person. One is simply to fill out the free form at Stimulus Grant Approval.
